For more than 20 years, this college administrative processing system has stayed largely unchanged. The result was a severely outdated system. In this project, I present how I optimized the user experience (UX) by redesigning the users' workflow and database structures. Additionally, I present how to set up a visually consistent design library to enhance the user UX.
